@natalie_ng Well, I wouldn’t put tactics and strategies online, but discussion is fine. Moving stuff here would require a concerted effort. Two major things, recruitment [eg quora project] and spamming the url onto Asian places eg Asian language searches on places like youtube - that would naturally filter out non-Asians or at least highly minimize it.
