Difference between assimilated and white-washed

Why would some people be proud of “assimilation”, aka being POC affiliated with white culture? Stockholm syndrome? Difference between assimilated and white-washed? For me, assimilated into white culture means white-washed.

Assimilation is a dead end
Assimilation means you are a domesticated pet. They throw you scraps occasionally and pat you on the head. Look at many Muslim groups in the UK. They refuse to integrate and their communities are still intact. Asian integrated and now Af hate Am? We are led by morons who fight against Asian interests. We have afwm “leaders” who lecture us about how to be better Asians. It is 100% crazy.
Why do whites hate us?
They hate you because you’re different. You look different. You sound different. These can never be changed. This is why assimilation will always be a dead end with whites.
ps Other whites like Swedes didn’t do or go through 1/20th as much as us and they were accepted within weeks. Meanwhile, they treat you like dirt after two centuries while ignoring their crimes against you, and lecturing you about non-existent “Western Values”.

It has a bit to do with internalized racism. In assimilating , you think you will be perceived as part of the “White” group - when the fact it isn’t. For example , those who assimilate into whiteness often call other asian american’s “Fobs” ; they denigrate other asians who immigrate as being foreign, old-fashioned , and weird because they don’t want to be associated with these things. So instead , by assimilating - they will whites will treat them as not part of that group. But really , whites don’t care - they can’t tell the difference. So the perceived benefits of assimilation are nonexistent , just in the minds of those who do.

In short, we are lied to constantly
oh, you just need to speak better with no accent, just dress better, oh…do more sports, bla bla bla…
For the most part, none of it matters. It’s just excuses and gas lighting. But our leaders are idiots who don’t know any better so we’re led down this blackhole. Now, there are other reasons like self hate, white worship – largely based on circumstances and/or lies or what the west deceptively calls “soft power”. Some more relevant reading.

edit: Almost forgot to mention those white-worshiping parents who push some of us to assimilate without understanding anything. And, if you don’t try to assimilate, you’ll get hate for it from everywhere, particularly Whites eg Speak English! This is America!, eww gross you eat that?, etc
